- 900 grams ground chuck
- 4 slices HAPPY VALLEY Burger Cheese Slices
- 1 teaspoon salted butter
- 1 big sweet onion
- 1 small lettuce
- 2 big tomato slices
- 500 grams Fries
- 3 tablespoon barbeque sauce
- 1 small pickles, round slices
Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/8 tsp. pepper; reduce the heat to medium low and cook, stirring occasionally, until deeply golden brown and tender, set aside.
Put oil and add French fries deeply fried and set aside.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Shape your beef into 113 grams patties that are just wider than the base of the bun.
Place a thumbprint in the center of each patty to help stop the beef from shrinking.
Season both sides of the patties with salt and pepper.
Melt 1 teaspoon of butter in a large pan or skillet over medium heat.
Cook your burgers for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
When your burgers are done, top each patty with HAPPY VALLEY Burger Cheese Slices, a second patty, and another piece of HAPPY VALLEY Cheese.
Place your burgers on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until the cheese has melted.
Set on HAPPY VALLEY Burger Cheese Slices and put sweet onion, tomatoes, pickles, barbeque sauce and lettuce. With French fries as garnish.
