Made with Happy Valley Cheddar Cheese and Happy Valley Grated Parmesan
4 teaspoon mayonnaise
4 slices white/granary bread
4 slices HAPPY VALLEY Cheddar Cheese
4 slices ham
1 green pepper (sliced)
4 teaspoon HAPPY VALLEY Grated Parmesan
Spread mayonnaise onto one side of each slice of bread.
On the first slice of bread place one slice of HAPPY VALLEY Cheddar Cheese, 2 slices of ham, 1/2 sliced peppers.
Top with the other slice of bread with the mayonnaise facing the filling.
Butter the outsides of the sandwiches and sprinkle with HAPPY VALLEY Grated Parmesan.
Heat your Tower Panini Grill and cook the sandwiches for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut the Paninis in half and serve.
