- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 green peppers, diced
- 700 grams of ground beef
- 1 large sized tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 cup HAPPY VALLEY Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat and saute the onions and peppers for 5-7 minutes, until it is tender and translucent. Then, add the garlic and saute for another 1-2 minutes.
Add the beef to the pot and brown well. Once the beef is thoroughly browned, add the tomatoes, tomato puree, black olives, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Let everything simmer for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the broiler.
Place the tortilla chips in the bottom of a lightly greased rectangular casserole dish, then top with the chili and HAPPY VALLEY Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
Put the nachos under the broiler for 3-5 minutes, watching carefully to make sure the cheese melts but doesn’t burn, Take the nachos out of the oven once the HAPPY VALLEY Shredded Mozzarella Cheese is melted.
