Made with Happy Valley Four Cheese Blend
500 grams peeled potatoes, sliced thin (about 1/4″ thick)
2/3 cup milk
3 tablespoon butter, softened or melted
2 cups HAPPY VALLEY Four Cheese Blend, divided
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
Boil the potatoes for five minutes. Drain and reserve.
When potatoes are done, pour into medium size bowl.
Add milk, butter, sour cream, HAPPY VALLEY Four Cheese, garlic powder, pepper & salt.
Mix with hand mixer just until blended, be careful not to over mix (a few small lumps are fine).
Spread into baking dish; sprinkle with the remaining HAPPY VALLEY Four Cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling.
